Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at FURE Technologies. In this strategic role, you will leverage your extensive experience with AWS cloud services to design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure cloud architectures that align with our business objectives. You will be instrumental in guiding our cloud strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust AWS solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and security for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into cloud architectures
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing cloud environments and provide strategic recommendations for improvements and migrations
• Lead architectural discussions, providing thought leadership on AWS best practices, security protocols, and cost optimization strategies
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to inform solution design and implementation

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud architecture and solutions
• Deep expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and CloudFormation
• Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud cost management

Preferred:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent certification
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices design patterns

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or DataDog
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go for automation and scripting

Benefits and Perks

Salary range: $75k to $95k
