Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our creative team at FURE. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-centric designs across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to bring innovative ideas to life and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging digital assets for web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate user requirements into design specifications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design approaches

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in digital design or a related field
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, etc..
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects with a focus on user experience
• Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices

Preferred:

• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles
• Familiarity with UX/UI methodologies and tools

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Expertise in visual design, typography, and layout
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Experience with design systems and component libraries

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality designs
• Adaptable to feedback and able to iterate quickly on design ideas

Benefits and Perks

Salary range: $75k to $95k
