Role Overview:
We are seeking a Programmatic Trader with a minimum of two years of experience to manage & execute top level campaign management, from revenue monitoring to campaign setups and account management, as well as the ability to be the main entry point to manage & optimise programmatic media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communications skills, hands-on experience with DSPs and a deep understanding of programmatic strategies to drive campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of direct campaign bookings, including setup, optimisation, reporting and revenue allocation/ monitoring, with potential account management opportunities as well
- Work across multiple systems, including SSPs (Google Ad Manager), DSPs (DV360, Yahoo DSP) and Creative ad servers (Campaign Manager 360) to fully launch and optimise campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and apply data-driven insights to both the account managers and ad-operations team to improve campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, and performance concerns.
- Oversee all direct campaigns from a top level to ensure full budget allocation and delivery, as well as maintaining internal campaign trackers for revenue monitoring
- Analyse bid strategies, audience targeting, inventory selection, and creative variations for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the internal Ad Operations, Sales and Account Management teams to align strategies with client objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings to present campaign results and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry
- Proficiency in demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, Yahoo DSP, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools (Looker Studio)
- Understanding of key programmatic concepts, including RTB, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimisation
Preferred:
- Experience with DMPs, CDPs, or first-party data strategies
- Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV), DOOH, and other emerging programmatic channels
- Experience in a client-facing role or working closely with media planning teams
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement solutions
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location
