Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audience Science Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the company's and the advertiser's social strategies in planning and production for our advertising clients. Working closely with audience science manager(s), the client's programmatic and paid search leads, the role is responsible for developing strategic audiences using insights generated from market research, social listening and data partners to develop addressable audiences that will build brand awareness and drive engagement campaigns across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of paid social campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Implement strategies to enhance audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid management.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Develop comprehensive paid social strategies in alignment with client goals and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to interpret campaign performance data.
- Derive actionable insights and provide recommendations to optimize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Collaboration: work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the highest level of client service, while maximizing media efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Industry Expertise: Proactively educates oneself on industry findings and effectively mentors junior team members via training and delegation.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, and translating them into effective paid social st
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Advertising industry or related field
- Genuine interest in digital advertising/media/marketing (ESSENTIAL), with an organized and systematic approach
- Highly motivated in bringing a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent organisational, communication (oral and written), workload, and prioritisation skills
- Possess a passion for problem solving, an eye for detail, patience, and a highly motivated “can-do” attitude

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, PipeDrive, Monday, etc..
- Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies in audience sciences
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including Excel/Word/etc..

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
